Autoimmune Crohn's disease was created by Petro
Hi Allison
I have Crohn's disease and I struggle with constipation and headaches. I also have rosasea.
Which tissue salts will be best for me to take?
Regards
Petro

Hi Petro
I'm not sure how long you've been troubled with the autoimmune conditions, but I'm sure tissue salts can help you manage them better. Without a thorough assessment, I can make only some broad suggestions for you:
  • Immuno Synergy and Pure Synergy to help calm inflammation, support the healing of the epithelial tissues and ulcerative tissue. These should also help with the constipation. Please ensure you drink enough water or herbal teas; sometimes, dehydration is a contributing factor.
  • Rescue Synergy is for energetic realignment, underlying stress, and facial redness.
  • If a loss of peristalsis contributes to constipation, Calc Fluor taken three times daily over a long period can help.
I suggest starting with two tabs each of the Immuno and Pure Synergy, morning and evening. If you have acute flare-ups, you can use them additionally during the day.
Two tabs of Rescue Synergy at least once during the day, but if your stress levels are high, you can use them more frequently too (eg, mid-morning, lunchtime, mid-afternoon).
Keep it going for 2-3 months and reassess.

It's also helpful to address the gut microbiome with probiotics or fermented foods; hopefully, you are taking something suitable.
All the best,
Alison

Hi Alison
Thank you for your reply.
I was diagnosed 14 years ago, and although I'm on medication, I've always felt like I need something more to manage the conditions better.
Probiotics is making no difference, unless I've always tried the wrong brands. Can you recommend a good brand that you trust please? Kefir made the constipation worse, so I gave up on that.

Petro

Apologies for the late reply, Petro - I missed the notification that you had responded.
The Rawbiotics range is liquid with live probiotics; you could try their Gut Correct version, which has other gut-healing and soothing ingredients in it. I have had clients report how much better they managed using that. Of course, everyone differs in response to things, but I appreciate that they are live and not dependent on your system to awaken them.
Wishing you all the best.
