Hello Zelda,
The three natrium (sodium) salts are all indicated to the issues you describe.
Nat Mur
is possibly the most significant, controlling the water balance in the cells and tissues. It is a revitalising salt that addresses fatigue and often used in conjunction with
Kali Phos
. Lack of Nat Mur leads to dehydration and is probably the cause of the 'dry, old faeces' you mention; and certain types of headaches can occur from dehydration (brain is more than 90% water), but also a buildup of toxins resulting from digestive and elimination issues - these are more Nat Phos and Nat Sulph related.
Nat Phos
is the acid balancer, and lack thereof leads to an acid buildup in the joints or extremities. The acid in the tissues is also the cause of generalised pain in soft tissues; acid burns and irritates, therefore leading to general inflammation. One sometimes needs Ferrum Phos to assist the process in that regard, and its partner oxygenator Kali Sulph - because lack of oxygen at the cellular level also leads to acidic metabolic cycles. You could use the Arthro Synergy that addresses all of these dynamics. Of course, lack of sufficient oxygen can also contribute to headaches and fatigue.
Nat Sulph
conditions the liver and helps to eliminate excess water and toxins. Also associated with the liver is
Calc Sulph
, which is very important for the digestive lining as it protects against acid - this should help to reduce the sensitivity over time.
I'd suggest that you perhaps use the
Pure Synergy
for the cleansing and elimination of acid and toxins; the
Arthro Synergy
for the joints; the
Rescue Synergy
for the fatigue and Nat Mur for dehydration as a basic program - about 3 tabs of each at least twice daily. The
Silicea
in the Synergy blends is also a wonderful cleanser and if your headaches have a tight or clamping feeling associated with them, will address that too. As you are familiar with all the individual salts, you can top up as necessary if you find that there are days that you experience more pain or dehydration etc.
Also important, please drink sufficient water or herbal tea of your choice and avoid too much sugar and high glycaemic foods.
I hope that helps to point you in the direction toward better health!
Best wishes
Alison
