Good day J, and thank you for posting your question.
The tissue salts that promote healthy ossification (bone-building) would be best to use for the bone defect or stress fractures associated with spondylolysis. These are: These four are in the Osteo Synergy formulation.

In spondylolisthesis, the slipping forwards of vertebrae could be a consequence of any prediagnosed spondylolysis, or in some cases present on its own. This condition is usually associated with activities that over-stretch the spine and ligaments.

Calc Fluor is the primary tissue salt to assist with the elasticity and flexibility of the supporting structures. Ferrum Phos also facilitates the strength of supporting tissues, particularly if there is associated inflammation or pain.

Where the nerves are affected, Kali Phos and Mag Phos can be helpful.
These tissue salts will also assist with helping to build up the abdominal muscular core with the correct supervised exercises, which is an important consideration in the healing process.

Best wishes,
Alison
