I take all 12 salts twice daily, my question is, sometimes I feel a slightly burning sensation in my throat, when swallowing them, similiar to what one would experience when taking a spoon of very sweet honey or condensed milk. Is this due to the alcohol sugars, and I presume they are harmless as in the effect will not be inflammatory or harmful as in sugar? Is it safe to take so many each day long term?

My second question is, can one take all 12 tablets at once or should they be taken in split dosages. Thankyou

Many thanks for your queries. Sometimes sugar-alcohols leave a cooling sensation in the mouth, which is minimal in ours, and I think it is most likely to just be a physiological reaction to the taste of sweetness as you suggest. You are correct in that they are not inflammatory or harmful as would be the case with sugars such as glucose, fructose or lactose.

There is no problem at all in using all twelve tissue salts in the long term. As they are absorbed by the cellular affinity for the particular mineral energies, they can be taken together and the natural intelligence of the body sorts it all out. With our biochemic tissue salts, it really comes down to just being a personal preference as to how you find it easiest to use them.
