Chronic Keratosis Pilaris was created by marnie
Dear Alison,
Is there a particular cell salt or combination that can resolve a chronic condition of keratosis pilaris on the arms and cheeks? Bumps are reddish and smooth, covering hair follicles on lower and upper arms (tops only, not underside of arms), as well as cheeks (also known as KPRF).
Cheers!

Hi Marnie
I think the best to try would be our Beauty Synergy , which has a number of tissue salts that should help to address this.
Calc Fluor - addresses skin elasticity and keratin
Kali Mur - decongests and addresses any possible fibrin imbalance
Kali Sulph - the epithelial tissue conditioner, also for follicles and sweat glands
Nat Phos - pH balance, if deficient can result in clogging of pores and follicles
Silicea - helps to remove congestion in the connective tissues including the skin.
I'd consider using at least 3 tabs twice daily and see you you go. It may take a couple of months, but I'd think that you should start noticing a gradual improvement within 2 to 3 months.

I hope that helps!
Best wishes,
Alison

Thank you so much! This is super helpful, and I can't wait to try it and see how it goes!

I had another question regarding Ferrum Phos. I read on your website that a sign it is needed is facial redness with heat, exercise, etc. I have had redness since childhood, and I've been very red if I strenuously exercise. After reading your article about using tissue salts based on your sign, I learned it pairs well with Kali Sulph and Kali Phos. Should I also take those along with Ferrum Phos if I take Beauty Synergy (which already has Kali Sulph)? Thanks a million!

Hi Marnie

Apologies, I missed your second post here. Luckily Cindi was keeping an eye on things and reminded me!

I think you can consider the Kali Sulph to be taken care of in the Beauty Synergy unless the skin doesn't improve in that time. The Ferrum Phos definitely can help the red 'flushed' complexion, and Kali Phos is quite a boost to energy and a general tonic to the nervous system. The two of them help to condition the red blood cells. If you have a situation of the redness persisting after using both of those, you could rather consider Calc Phos, which helps build all new cells and is a great restorative tonic.

Best wishes,
Alison
