Hi,

I'm looking for information on the subject of elevated iron in tissues. Anemia of chronic inflammation/disease. After having a virus I know iron can get stuck in tissues and cause pain and inflammation but have low iron in serum.
I am interested in any facial signs of elevated iron in the tissue and also a remedy to remove the excess stuck iron and get it back in circulation. I am a HTMA practitioner and have lots of clients with autoimmune issues that have not recovered after getting a virus . Any help much appreciated.

Hi Cathy

Thanks for the interesting question. 
Our facial signs usually show up when iron levels are deficient, which would reflect serum levels rather than an abundance in the tissue. You can find the typical signatures here:  Ferrum Phos . As you point out, people may have a deficiency in the serum and overload in the tissues; quite often, they need to supplement the tissue salt, which won't add to the tissue load.

To help shift any foreign molecular substances out of the tissues, we use  Silicea .

Kali Sulph is the tissue salt related to chronic inflammation. It works in conjunction with iron for oxygenation, and I suggest it is probably worth including in any iron balancing program.

You can see which facial signatures are more prominent and use more of the salt concerned.
